Welcome to ShoeBox. The words "we", "us" and "our" refer to ShoeBox. ShoeBox operates this store and this website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you as a customer with a complete shopping experience (the "Services"). ShoeBox runs on the Shopify platform, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referred to in them (the "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms carefully as they contain important information about your legal rights and cover matters such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, you may not use or access the Services.

Section 1, Access and account
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are of the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any minor dependants in your care to use the Services on devices you own or manage.

To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing products, you may be asked to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place through your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Section 2, Products and prices
We make every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the colours shown on your screen will exactly match the actual product.

Prices are displayed in Iraqi dinars. We reserve the right to change prices, or to update or discontinue products, at any time without prior notice. The price that applies to your order is the price in effect at the time the order is placed, and it appears in your order confirmation message. Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

From time to time we may run promotional offers governed by terms separate from these Terms. Where there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will prevail.

You agree to provide us with accurate, complete and current purchase, payment and account information for every purchase, and to keep your details up to date, including your email address and phone number, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when needed.

Section 3, Orders and payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including unavailability of the product, an error in the product description or price, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

Cash on delivery is available on orders within Iraq. By placing an order you undertake to receive it and pay its value on delivery.

Section 4, Delivery and returns
Deliveries are governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, both of which form an integral part of these Terms.

Section 5, Prohibited use
You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to breach any law or regulation, to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others, to collect or track the personal information of others, to send unsolicited messages, to transmit viruses or any malicious code, or to interfere with or disrupt the security of the Services.

Section 6, Intellectual property
All content available through the Services, including text, images, designs, logos and trade marks, is owned by or licensed to ShoeBox and is protected under applicable law. None of it may be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our prior written permission.

Section 7, Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Our products are designed to provide comfort and support and are not a substitute for medical advice. If you have a health condition affecting your feet or spine, please consult a specialist before relying on any footwear for therapeutic purposes.

Section 8, Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ShoeBox accepts no liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or the products. Our total liability in all cases is limited to the value of the order in dispute.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ShoeBox from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, of any applicable law, or of the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of them.

Section 11, Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without prejudice to any mandatory rights available to you under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
